In the administration of financial programs, QRAA values and maintains a commitment to excellence in the delivery of high quality, efficient, timely and responsive services.

To ensure that our service levels are continued and improved, we constantly strive to strengthen our relationships with stakeholders, customers, industry associations, employees and the community.

Our people are committed to delivering a high level of service and do this through their relationships with customers, stakeholder groups and industry, as well as their experience in financial assessment, credit risk analysis, rural operations, banking and finance.

  • Client Liaison Officers - based in Bundaberg, Innisfail, Kingaroy, Longreach, Mackay, Rockhampton, Roma and Toowoomba. They provide you with personalised service and are able to visit you at your enterprise.
 
  • Attendance at field days/trade displays across Queensland - enabling you to speak to QRAA representatives. For more information on the next events we will be attending see our Event Calendar.
 
  • Temporary offices and seminars - providing you with detailed information on our financial packages and assisting you through the application process. Details about this service will be available in our Event Calendar.
