Our people are committed to delivering a high level of service and do this through their relationships with customers, stakeholder groups and industry, as well as their experience in financial assessment, credit risk analysis, rural operations, banking and finance.
QRAA demonstrates its commitment to service by being approachable and easily accessible. We do this through our:
- Website, offering relevant and up to date information about the financial packages and assistance that we can offer you.
- Freecall 1800 number (1800 623 946), allowing those who live in regional Queensland to contact us at no cost.
- Client Liaison Officers, making it easier for you to speak face-to-face with QRAA, they are based in Bundaberg, Innisfail, Kingaroy, Longreach, Mackay, Rockhampton, Roma and Toowoomba, and are also able to visit you on-farm.
